How this differs from the free evaluation
| Free initial evaluation | Paid consultation with Attorney Cai | |
|---|---|---|
| Who you talk to | Our intake staff | Attorney Shenqi Cai, one-on-one |
| How far it goes | Identifies your case type and whether we can take it | Legal advice on your situation and concrete next steps |
| What you leave with | A follow-up from our staff | Evaluation: a written next-steps report. Document review: a point-by-point walkthrough of your RFE, NOID or denial |
Why the 30 minutes are worth it
- The attorney reviews your case personally. Attorney Cai is licensed in California (Bar #348794) and focuses on EB-1A, NIW, O-1 and marriage-based green cards, as well as personal injury.
- Your documents are read before we meet. For the evaluation and document review tiers, you upload materials first, so the full 30 minutes go to your questions.
- You learn where the gaps are. We measure your materials against USCIS standards and tell you what's missing and what to fix first.
- Mandarin or English.
