Background
The client is an industrial designer who has worked on several product design projects with significant market impact and has received professional awards in design.
Challenges
USCIS questioned the industry standing of some of the awards and the client's specific contributions to the projects, and issued an RFE.
Strategy
After receiving the RFE, we reworked the project history and the logic of the evidence, explained the professional recognition behind the relevant awards, and further proved the client's specific contributions to core projects. A successful project alone cannot stand in for proof of individual ability.
Outcome
Approved after RFE.
