Background
G holds a bachelor's degree in electronic information engineering and a master's in computer science, and works at a web development and digital solutions company. The LCA occupation was Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers.
Challenges
During the lottery registration, the employer accidentally entered the wrong EIN. We also had to show how both degrees corresponded to the duties of the position.
Strategy
We wrote an explanation letter addressing the EIN typo with supporting evidence, and tailored the job description to the client's actual work so that the LCA and job duties matched.
Outcome
