Background
L was selected in the H-1B lottery through a bubble tea shop for a marketing position and later decided to move to a high-end film and TV company.
Challenges
The move from marketing to film producer appeared to be a very large career leap.

We drew out L's film-related academic background and relevant experience, and developed a precise H-1B change strategy that showed L's potential in the industry.
Outcome
The change petition was approved with no RFE.
