Ms. Z has long worked in AI product design and digital platform development, focusing on using artificial intelligence to improve digital efficiency in social service sectors such as nonprofits and educational institutions.

The RFE challenged all three core prongs at once: whether her proposed endeavor was merely an extension of her employer's business (Future Endeavor), whether the project's value rose to the level of national importance (National Importance), and whether she was well positioned to advance it (Well Positioned).

We re-mapped her career path to show that her future work did not depend on any single employer. We elevated the AI platform's commercial value to the national-interest level of strengthening society's digital capacity and improving resource allocation, and used project records to show that her central role in product design and architecture could not be replaced.

All three challenges were resolved and the NIW was approved (filed 01/15/2026 · approved 07/08/2026).
