With almost no conventional credentials, we had to build from scratch, within an extremely tight timeframe, a body of evidence that could meet the O-1A standard.

We reframed his contribution from "product development" to the originality of his testing methodology, showing that this methodology was essential to the success of a new generation of products. We also worked with the company to publish internal news and secured industry recommendation letters, building industry recognition in a short time.

Approved within 3 months with no RFE, going from "ordinary engineer" to "originator of key technology."
