Mr. C is an outstanding athlete in international competitive aerobics. Although the domestic competition system was incomplete and the pandemic halted competitions for two to three years, he maintained an important position in the field. He holds the title of National Master Sportsman, and as head coach at a fitness chain he developed a curriculum now used at 13 locations and reaching more than ten thousand students.

Competition opportunities were limited by the competition system and the pandemic, so evidence of direct competitive results was thinner than for a typical athlete.

We shifted the focus to the weight of his role on the team and the originality and scaled impact of his curriculum, supported by industry media coverage, to make up for the limited competition evidence.

Both the O-1A and the EB-1A green card petition were approved.
