Z is a recent business graduate who was not selected in the H-1B lottery during one year of OPT and had already been approved for an O-1 visa with our help. When we designed the O-1 petition, we built in groundwork for a future NIW.

Z had no publications, peer review experience, or citations, and a business background offers little advantage on the traditional academic pathway.

We focused instead on Z's actual contributions to business projects, market strategy, and management innovation. Working with the end goal in mind, we made the O-1 materials themselves lay the foundation for a future NIW.

After the O-1 was approved, the NIW petition was also approved on first submission with no RFE.
